Hours are variable, and flexibility is key. Pay $12-14 with full benefits

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides local area transportation to residents as scheduled, ensuring that they are delivered and picked up on-time to their appointments.
  • Safely operates company vehicles while ensuring passengers utilize all safety requirements such as seat belts and maintain safe behavior.
  • Performs routine maintenance checks on company vehicles prior to using.
  • Ensures all maintenance and safety inspections are completed on schedule.
  • Works with facility maintenance personnel when not on scheduled vehicle trips.
  • Communicates with Maintenance Manager for needed technical advice, product information, research and quality assurance guidance.
  • Advises Maintenance Manager of the overall condition of company vehicles and equipment.
  • Assists with safety and disaster drill procedures.
  • Interacts with residents and staff in a professional and courteous.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must express or demonstrate an interest in working with a special needs population.
  • Must be capable of reading and writing the English language.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a courteousness at all times.
  • Must possess a current Texas Driver’s License and maintain an approved driving record at all times.
  • Must have basic knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment and possess a basic knowledge of construction principles.
  • Must be able to safely drive company vehicles such as 15-passenger vans and SUV's.
